BASIC PROGRAM
Basic-sites requirements:
 You must have a minimum of 50 pictures, not all on the same page.
May have banners and (or) test links anywhere, limit 1 banner and (or) text link per page.
No EXIT/ENTER consoles or pop ups are allowed on any site.
Basic sites may use templates, but are limited to no more than 10 sites per template with different backgrounds and titles.
Sites may have average sized banners, however, any site with half-page ads (sometimes called splash pages) or pop-up boxes, misleading or trick links will not be approved for display on our links list.
All sites must have separate and different content for each site. You cannot use the same content with different cover or entrance page.
All image content must be in thumbnail form.
Your sites should be located on our servers. You can promote them from where you want but the sites have to host on our servers only.
You acknowledge that nothing on, in or associated with your web site violates any laws, regulations, rules or customs, including but not limited to violation of regulations set forth at 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 et seq., or violate or infringe any rights of any person or entity, including any intellectual property rights, including, without limitation any copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, trade secret rights, or rights of publicity, or any person's or entities' privacy rights or any other personal or proprietary rights of any kind.
Also, you acknowledge that your web site and all materials, content, goods and services offered through and in associations with your web site do not and shall not at any time:
- violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation or promote illegal activities;
- contain or promote obscene materials or child pornography;
- contain any materials which depict persons in a manner to suggest that they are under the age of eighteen years;
- contain or promote harmful or indecent matter to minors;
- promote violence;
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
- contain content which is defamatory, libellous, hateful or unlawfully threatening, abusive or harassing;
- send unsolicited bulk, junk, Spam e-mail or any program, file, data stream or other material which contains viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other destructive feature.
You must have a license for the content you use on your sites.
